Domiciliary Care Services


Our homecare service assists individuals with remaining independent in their own home setting.

Service Provision many include tasks such as;

  • Assisting with personal Care e.g. helping with bathing and dressing
  • Assistance or administration of prescribed medication
  • Assisting with meal / snack preparation
  • Preparation of hot or cold drinks
  • Domestic cleaning
  • Shopping
  • Support to access community acilities e.g. Hospital appointments etc

Area of service provision

We currently operate within the boundary of Caerphilly County Borough Council.

We are able to provide service between 06:30am and 11:00pm seven days per week.

We are able to offer home visits which vary in duration from 15 minutes to 1 hour in multiples of 15 minutes.

Our clients include people of all ages, and varying degrees of disability.

Local Authority funded

You may have received an assessment of your needs by a local social worker whom will then commission our service on your behalf. The local authority will pay for your service directly to ourselves, however you may be liable for a contribution charge. This will be identified to you by your local authority. We do not manage or collect this contribution. 

Privately funded

Depending on your personal circumstances, you may have decided that you will pay for your service on a private arrangement with ourselves or be in receipt of funding via the independent living fund (ILF) . You will then be liable to pay us directly for your service on a weekly invoice / payment cycle.
